EYE CAMP 2023

We are pleased to announce that our eye care camp in summer 2023 was a resounding success. Through our dedicated efforts, we were able to provide assistance to over 300 individuals, donating more than 1,000 pairs of glasses. Our services encompassed a comprehensive screening for common eye ailments, including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. In addition, we distributed a substantial number of UV-protected sunglasses, as part of our ongoing commitment to mitigate the risks associated with cataracts. It is worth noting that cataracts remain the primary cause of blindness, predominantly due to prolonged exposure to UV light.
